If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun work on your project, you may do so and receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees. To qualify for this cancellation, the request must be made within 48 hours of placing your order and before any project discovery or planning work has been initiated.

2.2 Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once work has begun on your project, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you choose to cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • Discovery and planning sessions
  • Design mockups and wireframes
  • Development work completed
  • Third-party services purchased on your behalf
  • Project management and coordination time

Any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed versus the total project scope, as determined by our project management team.

2.3 Cancellation by Phiphraxvorzelyn

We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for any payments made, minus the value of any work already completed and delivered to you. Reasons for cancellation by us may include, but are not limited to, inability to meet project requirements, client non-cooperation, or violation of our terms of service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • We have failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project contract or statement of work.
  • There has been a significant delay in project delivery that is solely attributable to our team, and we have not provided adequate communication or resolution.
  • The delivered work contains fundamental flaws that make it unusable for its intended purpose, and we have been unable to rectify these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We have breached the terms of our service agreement in a material way.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf (domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock images, etc.)
  • Completed and delivered work that meets the specifications outlined in the project agreement
  • Consultation and discovery sessions that have already taken place
  • Custom design work that has been approved by you
  • Any work completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request

3.3 Partial Refunds

In cases where a partial refund is warranted, the refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • The total project value
  • The percentage of work completed and delivered
  • Any third-party costs incurred
  • The time and resources invested in the project

Partial refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be returned using the original payment method.

5. Project Modifications and Scope Changes

5.1 Change Requests

If you request changes to the project scope after work has commenced, additional fees may apply. Significant scope changes may require a new project agreement and payment terms. Changes that reduce the project scope will not automatically result in a refund for the reduced work unless agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Revision Policy

Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number will incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.

6. Service Guarantees

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all work delivered will be of professional quality and will function as intended. If you discover any bugs, errors, or functionality issues within 30 days of project delivery, we will address these issues at no additional cost, provided they are related to the original scope of work.

6.2 Timeline Commitments

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, and unforeseen technical challenges. Delays caused by client-side factors (late content delivery, delayed approvals, etc.) will not be grounds for refunds.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Schedule

Most projects require payment in installments:

  • Initial deposit (typically 50%) due upon project commencement
  • Milestone payments as outlined in the project agreement
  • Final payment due upon project completion and before final delivery

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in reverse order of payments received.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the custom work created specifically for your project. However, if a refund is issued and the project is cancelled, ownership rights may be retained by Phiphraxvorzelyn, depending on the circumstances and the amount of work completed.

8.2 Use of Work in Portfolio

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This right is retained regardless of refund status.

9. Maintenance and Support Services

9.1 Ongoing Services

For ongoing maintenance and support services, cancellation must be provided in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service. Any unused prepaid service time is non-refundable.

9.2 Service Interruptions

In the event of service interruptions or downtime that is within our control, we will provide service credits or extensions rather than refunds, unless the interruption is prolonged and significantly impacts your business operations.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under any contract where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such events, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
